Flavors
Chocolate: Yellow layers with cooked chocolate icing. Chocolate icing is cooked with cocoa, butter, and powdered sugar. Makes a rich and smooth icing.
Carmel: Yellow layers with cooked carmel icing. Carmel icing is cooked with brown sugar, butter, milk, and powered sugar.
Red Velvet: Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing, topped with chopped pecans.
Italian Cream Cheese: White layers with pecans, coconut, and vanilla added. Topped with cream cheese icing and chopped pecans.
Strawberry: Strawberry layers with cream cheese icing and chopped pecans.
Butter Pecan: Butter pecan layers made with pecan flavoring, iced with a cream cheese frosting and chopped pecans.
Carrot: White cake with carrots and spices. Iced with cream cheese frosting and chopped pecans.
Lemon: Lemon layers made with lemon extract, iced with cream cheese frosting and chopped pecans.
Coconut: Three layer cake with delicious coconut frosting. (Only available in 8 inch size.)
Pound Cakes
Our pound cakes are homemade to order and are available in the 9 inch size.

Monkey Bread
A delicious cinnamon sugar dough cut into 1/2 inch pieces, sprinkled with pecans, and dropped into a Bundt pan to make a Bundt cake. Vanilla glaze is drizzled over the top.

Our jams and jellies are homemade with the freshest ingredients. We pick all of our fruit fresh from the tree.
